Baxter Lambert offer a personal property management service tailored to the individual needs of each landlord.

Our management charge is very competitive and covers the day-to-day administration of the property and includes the following:

Advising the utility companies as well as the local authoirty when there is a change of tenant.

• Collecting the rent and chasing for payment, if required.
• Accounting to the client on a monthly basis.
• Arranging renewal of the gas safety certificate.
• Attending to minor repairs when notified by the tenant.
• Paying standing charges when the property is empty.
• Undertaking regular inspections.  This is undertaken with the co-operation of the tenant.  We shall take general photographs and forward them on to you, the landlord for further instructions, if necessary.
