David Lambert Managing Director

I was fortunate to have worked in various property related fields during my career before joining Baxter Lambert in 1991 and subsequently taking over as Managing Director 1995. I have a good team of staff who assist me in the running of the firm and providing a good and professional service to clients and customers

Vicki Smith

Vicki Smith Office Manager

After leaving the Department of Trade and Industry on maternity leave I decided to have a change of career and joined Baxter Lambert in 1998 as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. A few years later I became Office Manager assisting in the smooth running of the company

Diane Brackley

Diane Brackley Estate Manager

Previously before joining Baxter Lambert in 1998, I worked on new development sites which involved selling new and retirement homes for various companies. As an Estate Manager, I am involved in looking after any maintenance that needs to be carried out to the properties that I manage and ensuring that the blocks are kept in good order and maintained to a high standard.

Mandy Garrett

Mandy Garrett Estate Manager

Has been involved in block management for a considerable number of years looking after blocks and estates on behalf of the firm.

Geoffrey Willing BSc Surveyor

Provides professional expertise, given his extensive experience in property matters with a BSc degree in Land Administration.
