Penge is situated in the London Borough of Bromley and borders Beckenham, Crystal Palace, Sydenham and Norwood.  It is served by good transport links from either Penge West, serving London Bridge or Penge East serving London Victoria.  The tube network is currently under construction due to be operational in 2010 connecting the East London line through to Crystal Palace, Penge West, and Anerley. Crystal Palace Park provides sports and leisure pursuits, including life size models of dinosaurs. Concerts are held in the park on occasions.

Beckenham also in the London Borough of Bromley has good rail links from Clockhouse Station serving London Bridge and Charing Cross or Beckenham Junction serving London Victoria and Blackfriars. Beckenham is a thriving area for High Street shopping, many restaurants offering differing cuisine and bars thus providing a vibrant social atmosphere. The beautiful lakes and gardens at Kelsey Park provide a relaxing backdrop and is situated just of the main High Street. Sports and Leisure pursuits can be accessed at ‘The Spa’ in Beckenham Road, with its pool, gym and sports facilities.
